| Omer Manya (Master Licensee Pakistan-C.E.O.) |
Omer Manya is the CEO (Master Licensee) of The Fourth R and General Manager of Document World Pakistan. His aim is to lead new ventures/businesses in the areas of technical, or software development and technology marketing using his international experience. After his Bachelors in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science he started his career with Motorola Electronics PTE. Ltd. USA, as R & D Engineering—Japan Cellular Division, while doing Master level courses in SW development, Finance for Managers, Project Management skills, SW quality assurance, Design Creativity, Leadership skills. After 11 years he was the Regional Engineering Manager, Asia in Motorola Electronics PTE. Ltd. Singapore.
During his 12 years of experience in telecom (Motorola Electronics PTE. Ltd), his major achievements are as follows:
- He was a key member of a team that setup Motorola Karachi Office and facilitated the launch of GSM service in Pakistan
- Started Motorola career as a SW engineering and progressed on to Lead Engineering position
- Software design and implementation of analog and digital cellular products for Japan Market
- Extensive travel to Japan dealing with customers such as NTT and DoCoMo, field testing and market and competitive analysis

Majid Ahmed Khan working as Chief Operations Officer of The Fourth R Pakistan and in TFR team since 2000. He is a CIW Certified Instructor, a distinctive status awarded by Prosoft, the official vendor for Certified Internet Webmaster (CIW). He is responsible for technical and content accuracy and quality control for certified programs offered in all TFR locations of Pakistan and manage overall franchise work under the guidance of Master Licensee (TFR Pakistan), some of his major achievements are as follows:
- Certified Internet Webmaster (CIW Site Designing complete 3 tracks-CI)
- Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA)
- Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP-through CCIE Mr. Naeem Mukhtar)
- iNet+
- Comptia A+
- Graphic Designing and Development Trainer
- ICDL and MOUS courses
Currently he is doing MBA bi majors in fields of MIS and HR, and working on TFR multiple projects like ICT Intergration, School Society, Robotic program, regular workshop for teachers etc...
| Maryam Arshad (Incharge Management Support- TFR Master Licensee) |
Maryam Arshad has been working with The Fourth R since March 2006 as a freelancer and currently she is working as a Master Licensee Coordinator. She is currently doing her Bachelors in English Literacture from Karachi University. She at The Fourth R is organizing meetings and followups with different partner and non-partner schools. Along with this she is also handling internal projects like ICT Intergration, and there are numerous other tasks she is working on.

Mehwish Pervez is The Fourth R’s Project Coordinator since January 2007. She is also working as a permanent faculty at The C.A.S School, teaching Computer Studies to grades 3-8. After completing her Bachelors in Computer Sciences she had gotten a good grip of handling various types of projects.
Currently working on The Fourth R website as an advisor and handling the ICT Integration project, she is also helping in making/designing worksheets for The Fourth R school clients.
She is a very hardworking professional.

| Nizam Uddin Chaudry (Administrator) |
Nizam Uddin Chaudry has been working with The Fourth R as an Administrator since 1998 and is still an important part of the organization. He takes care of almost everything within The Fourth R and has the know how of most of the things happening around him. He has his main focus on accounts, maintenance and printing.
| Mohammad Adeel (Incharge of Courses for Professionals) |
Mohammad Adeel is handling professional computer courses held at The Fourth R Franchise. He is the Incharge as well as Instructor. He is responsible for organizing and conducting the in-house evening programs taking place at The Fourth R Master Licensee Pakistan.
